Terms and Conditions

5.1 Ownership of Uploaded Images

• You retain full ownership of all images you upload to RemoveToBe.com.
• We do not claim any rights over your images.

5.2 Processing and Storage

• Images are processed automatically and may be stored temporarily for performance improvements.
• Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 60 days after processing.
• We do not use, sell, or share user images for any purpose other than providing the service.

5.3 Responsibilities for Customer Content

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing notices and obtaining consent from any individuals whose data appears in your Customer Content.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable data privacy and security laws, including but not limited to:
  • Thailand's PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA)
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

You may not upload:

• Social security numbers, passport numbers, or similar identifiers
• Credit card or debit card details
• Health-related data or other sensitive personal information

6.1 Pricing and Plans

We offer free and paid subscription plans, including:

• Lite Plan: Budget-friendly with limited processing
• Standard Plan: Advanced features with higher image limits
• Pro & Enterprise Plans: Designed for businesses and API integrations

6.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends
• No refunds are issued for used services

6.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings
• Refunds are only issued for billing errors or service failures at our discretion

10.1 Publicity

You consent to TMD Space Co., LTD's use of your company name, logo, and general description of your relationship with RemoveToBe.com for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include:

• Press releases
• Marketing materials
• Investor and customer presentations

10.2 Third-Party Products, Links, and Information

Our Services may integrate with or contain third-party content or links. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party materials. Your use of such content is at your own risk, and our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services.

10.3 Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in service due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Cyberattacks
• Hosting provider failures
• Strikes, shortages, or power outages
• Natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions

10.4 Relationship of the Parties

This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.

10.5 Email Communications

• All legal notices will be sent via email
• Notices to us must be sent to info@tmdspace.com
• Notices will be considered received on the next business day after they are sent

10.6 Modification; Waiver; Severability

• We may update these Terms, with reasonable notice provided before changes take effect
• If a user continues using the Service after the effective date, it means they accept the revised Terms
• If any provision is found unlawful, the remainder of the agreement remains valid
